S. Krishnan
Krishnan, the Founder & Managing Partner of K&N is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost & Management Accountant with more than 15 years of experience. He is also a qualified information systems auditor and ISO 9001 lead auditor from IRCA, London. His dream and vision has been the driving force for the firm to make new strides in the professional arena. He was the Chairman of Tuticorin Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2006, during which period, Tuticorin branch laid out the platform for its rapid progress. The highlights include building of the state of the art ICAI Bhawan, starting of CA exam center in Tuticorin, etc. He is an accomplished public speaker in the topics of professional interest, career guidance for the Youth and socio-cultural topics. He has been a member of various Chambers of Commerce and Industries including the age old MCCI and Tuticorin Chamber. He has been an active socialite with involvements in freemasonry and Rotary International. He is also a member in Board of Trustees of various public charitable trusts, rendering yeoman service to the society. He has enhanced interests in the native culture of South India and the history of the country. Krishnan leads the strategic initiatives of the group and specialises in consulting for foreign companies entry into India and Indian family managed businesses in the SME sector.
G. Natarajan
Natarajan, the co-founder of K&N is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost & Management Accountant with more than 15 years of experience. He is also an information systems auditor. He is a specialist in direct tax practice and has developed a niche for himself in handling tax litigations successfully. He is a silent warhorse and stickler to rule book. He is also socially active with his involvements in managing a few endowments. He leads the tax practice of K&N.
V. Meera
Meera is a Chartered Accountant and is in the Chennai branch. She specialises in assurance services and has wide knowledge on financial services and capital markets.
